I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, adolescent, young adult, couples and family therapy, and I maintain a private practice in Orinda, CA.
I have worked in a variety of clinical settings: a Community Counseling Center, an Adolescent Residential Rehab Facility, and both Private and Public High Schools in the Lamorinda Area. I currently serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients, especially those who are undergoing some kind of transition in their lives.
I strive to be an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
